I'm a mummy to four beautiful little ones. I have 20 years experience within the childcare industry: in a private daycare, as a live in/live out nanny and as a registered childminder. I started this business when I was at a family wedding when my eldest was little. All of my family, aka "trusted babysitters" were there and I didn't want my mum to sit in the dark whilst my little one slept, and nor did I. This made me wonder, "what else could I do?"

 

I didn't want to leave my baby with just anyone.​ This made me wish that there was someone like me - a registered childminder, police vetted, paediatric first aid trained, etc. I was looking for an experienced childcare provider that I could confidently leave my children with knowing that they were in trusted and professional hands. 

 

And this is how The Wedding & Events Nanny was born.
